Why Choose Custom Photodome Printed Pins?

Some designs are too complicated to diestrike or enamel fill, but with photodome pins, we're able to replicate a complex logo with an offset printing process. Photodome lapel pins are printed directly onto the metal (usually aluminum base metal) and then covered with a protective epoxy dome. At larger quantities, these are the cheapest and fastest option. They're a little lighter than the diestruck or enamel pins, but are an excellent option for the right logo and timeframe.

Given the custom nature of our production process, once you approve a design, we start manufacturing immediately and don't have the option to modify a design.

An order cannot be cancelled once the actual production of the pins has started. To proactively avoid any issues, we strongly recommend samples for approval if time permits.
